  • Perform full keyword research and develop related strategies
  • Build & optimize PPC campaigns
  • Define, monitor, and analyze trends
  • Develop paid search strategy and determine KPIs for each recommendation
  • Communicate effectively across the organization, internally and externally
  • Actively test and analyze targeting criteria (keywords and audiences), ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive results in line with campaign goals
  • Actively work to improve site speed and page ranking
  • Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations

  • Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
  • Follow industry trends, drive innovation, and contribute to case studies, blog articles, and training
  • Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs
  • Learn from our staff of industry experts and multiple e-learning resources
  • Create monthly and quarterly business reviews & other executive-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities

 2+ years experience with SEO, PPC and/or social media marketingDemonstrated success managing accounts for multiple partners or divisionsFamiliarity with popular Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, HubSpot, etc.Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Data Studio, Hubspot, and other third-party SEO reporting tools (Moz, Spyfu, SEMrush, etc.).Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, client and server-side technologies a plusKnowledge of the Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, FaceBook, LinkedIn advertising platformsGoogle AdWords and Google Analytics certifications a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google AppsExperience working with mid-sized B2B brands in our target industries (technical, industrial, life sciences, manufacturing) a plusDeep experience with inbound strategies is required; experience with ABM and sales/marketing alignment is a plus. Ability to build reporting based off web behavior and key SEO metricsStrong creative aptitude, including a keen eye for design and copywritingStrong visual and verbal presentation skillsExperience building relationships internally and externally, and the ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple partnersWorking knowledge of lead generation website and eCommerce best practicesStrong knowledge of the web development process and fundamentals of digital marketingAbility to manage multiple projects at once, including the capability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset with high attention to detailProven ability to interact & collaborate across multiple disciplines to accomplish a common goalAble to effectively operate and complete complex tasks with minimal oversightComfort with and a desire to support new business initiatives a plusProven experience effectively managing and mentoring team members a plusAgency experience a plusProven track record of successfully presenting search data and recommendations to clients in an approachable, expert way.
