Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling off-plan properties, providing clients with expert advice, and guiding them through the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties to potential buyers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide clients with detailed information about the properties and the benefits of investing in off-plan projects.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and developments in the real estate sector.
• Coordinate with developers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in off-plan property sales.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in the GCC region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client management skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
