Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates through interviews, skills testing, and reference checks.
- Build a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Conducting online interviews with potential candidates.
- Complete full-cycle recruitment for the clients.
- Write job adverts and utilize various tools to gain the best exposure for the client's open position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any Field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working for a fast-paced recruitment firm.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
