Key Accountabilities
- Assists in the Implementation of the Quality Management System and assists in providing quality planning input for the PMT; Monitors Quality Management System effectiveness.
- Prepares and Executes/Leads under the direction of the Project QA/QC Lead the PMT Internal and External Audit Schedule including stewardship of audit findings to resolution and closure using an Action Tracking Close Out Process.
- Supports Technical Integrity verification Program by facilitating and ensuring that the Verification Scheme for Safety Critical Elements is executed by the EPCI Contractor and Nominated Third Party IV Bodies and that Verification Activity Reports are generated.
- Leads audits on Quality Surveillance Programs for Construction and Completions Phases.
- Supervises the development of Quality Alerts, Quality Deficiences and NCRs as necessary and Stewards to Close Out. Monitors and Reports Quality KPIs to measure and improve Quality Performance and Objectives.
- Attends internal and external Quality Meetings, Technical Integrity Meetings facilitating quality planning, progress, deliverable and action, comment and finding Close Out.
- Supervises reviews and stewards Quality Deviations to specifications, equipment and Review Contractor/Subcontractor/Vendor plans/procedures ensuring they are subject to appropriate review and approval by QELNG SME.
- Maintains interfaces within PMT and towards contractor /Subcontractor to ensure a consistent, and effective Quality approach is applied across the NFXP Offshore Constuction, installation and commissioning.
- Review EPCI and Batam Subcontractors Deliverables for Quality including Specifications, Plans, Procedures and Reports. Prepares and gains approval of Weekly and Monthly Quality surveillance Reports. Monitors and Measures Contractor / Subcontractor quality performance, provides, and distributes quality surveillance metrics as described in the QMS Control Procedures
- Provide guidance to the Contractor to promote compliance; verify compliance with the Contract and fitness for purpose of the delivered processes of Topsides. Actively participates in Project Lessons Learned Process, facilitating capturing and closure.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Management, Engineering or Construction discipline however any qualification, technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.
Knowledge And/or Experience
- Preferred BSc in Science or Engineering however any qualification, technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.
- Preferred Diploma in Quality Assurance from a recognized Quality Institute and/or IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Acceditation & Valid ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificat, CSWIP 3.2 Level 3 Senior Welding Inspector (or equivalent) and ISO: 9001: QMS plus PCN RT/UT/MT.
- Professional Quality Engineer with 10+ years of QA/QC experience in fabrication, construction, commissioning of Topsides for Offshore Oil & Gas Projects.
- Previous experience with mechanical is a plus.
- Previous Experience facilitating, coordinating and supervising implementation of Technical Integrity Verification Schemes with EPCI and Nominated, Independent Third Party Verification Bodies in line with Safety Case and Regulatory Regime requirements is a plus.
- More than 8 years’ experience in the development and delivery of External & Internal Audit Programs along with Quality Surveillance Programs.
- Shall have a proven track record or deliverance in challenging project environments in a Senior QA Role.
- Successfully completed International Offshore Projects from FEED to Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Handover activities.
- Previous experience of working within a multi-cultural, multi-discipline, multi-location environment.
