Job Purpose
- Works autonomously and on complex installation, testing and repairing of new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools)
Job Description
- Lead the installation of high critical wellhead such as exploration wells, gas wells.
- Mentoring FST1 and FST2. Provides technical support for the team and resolves problems as they arise. Works with engineers on method improvements to increase productivity and cost effectiveness
- Write LWI instruction for high critical wellhead.
- Acting as a HSE reference at field during wellhead installation or WO.
- Leading trouble shooting session. Manages all required testing equipment, tools and fixtures
- Communicating with the customer from the operation standpoint. Coordinates TPM (maintenance) activities in the Workshop. Coordinate with third party to get the QA/QC documents and verify them.
- Ensures site organization of service technicians, in coordination with engineers, logistics and warehouse function and local agents and suppliers. Follow up the jobs with the third party respective team on weekends.

You Are Meant For This Job If
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Oil Field Services environment and familiarity as FST3. Leading complex operation installation, TS or WO.
- Degree in Mechanical or Control System Engineering.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Good PC skills including Outlook and Excel. SAP or similar business execution system experience preferred.
