Airswift is seeking for a Camps Worker Engagement & Reporting Superintendent to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Humanities or Business or equivalent experience in senior management position of workers camps

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support the Camps Operations and Maintenance Head overseeing and stewarding all camp services / operations, including development and management of camp management systems, activities and programs, by the Contractors and their sub-contractors.
  • Develop, deliver and maintain Onshore Project’s camp reporting system providing visibility on the contractor, subcontractor and camp operators adherence to agreed camp management systems covering areas such as hotel services, food management and quality systems, safety, health and environmental programs.
  • Support the provision of bespoke reporting supporting visibility and decision making at the correct level in the organisation; camps management team, project director, RLIC management.
  • Ensure areas of non-compliances and concern as well as camps related maintenance status are recorded, tracked and reporting to the correct level within the organisation.
  • Support, assess and steward the Contractors’ reporting, investigation, and resolution of camp HACCP & SHES incidents in coordination with the SHES Department.
  • Attend, on behalf of PMT, Camp Welfare Committee Meetings, Camp Food Committee Meetings and other external Camp related meetings. Works in collaboration with the EPC Contractors to provide a united project position with RLIC.
  • Support and assure contractor development and implementation of communication & engagement programs with the objective of driving camp resident compliance with camp rules and regulations in support of a safe, harmonious and productive camp environment.
  • Attend, on behalf of QG PMT, Camp Welfare Committee Meetings, Camp Food Committee Meetings and other external Camp related meetings. Works in collaboration with the EPC Contractors to provide a united project position with RLIC.
  • Support and assure contractor development and implementation of communication & engagement programs with the objective of driving camp resident compliance with camp rules and regulations in support of a safe, harmonious and productive camp environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in management, operations and maintenance of industrial workers camps (construction, O&G, mining etc). Direct experience in camp administration and reporting. Proven and demonstrated experience in development of camp reporting and communication.
