Job Role: Senior Communication Partner Location: Doha (Onshore, Offshore when required) Role: Contractual Role Contract duration: 3 months B.A/B.S or higher in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or Journalism Over 8 years of experience in similar role and 3 years in oil and gas company Proven track record in Marketing and Communications Demonstrable proficiency in SAP and financial processes Role is based in the company main office (onshore) Offshore visit is expected Emergency Response Team member Work closely with the Head of Internal Communications to develop and deliver the internal communications strategy and plans Advise and deliver effective and strategic communications partnership to three of the five business Priorities and their leaders: HSE (Safety), People (HR), Operations (Operations), Finance (FBS) and Future (Major Projects & Reservoir and Geosciences) Ensure above entities and leaders are successfully positioned in the organisation by delivering accurate, consistent and quality flow of stories in a variety of channels to improve communication Ensure the assigned entities and leaders are fully informed about overall business activities, news and on goings in the organization Establish interpersonal business relationships to facilitate work activities Implement effective processes and workflows meeting organisational needs Map internal stakeholders and develop detailed communication plans for assigned entities approved by the Head of Internal Communications and the entity leadership Liaise between departments and other groups to improve function or communication Deliver work to the highest quality, and within the agreed budget and timescale Advise the Head of Internal Communications in budget setting Provide clear and effective communication response to crisis or emergency situations to reassure and guide employees when needed Support the Head of Internal Communications in the planning and executions of tactical and day-to-day requirements Work collaboratively with the Public Relations & Communications team members to deliver joined up objectives and tactical day-to-day requirements Develop and upskill national team members to assume higher roles Identify best practices through the Implementation of effective processes and workflows to meet the organisational needs Participate fully in crisis response training and assist during emergency response situations if required(on/offshore) Ensure cost efficiencies in all cost related activities Interested candidates can send their resume on [Click to show email] With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, Automotive and Chemicals sectors worldwide.With more than 100 offices in 45 countries, we are able to provide our clients with the engineering and technical expertise they need, wherever and whenever it is needed.
