COMPANY is the Qatari national oil and gas producing, processing and exporting company, with oil & gas producing fields in onshore and offshore locations.
COMPANY requires the services of a competent and experienced Contractor to provide digitalization and mapping services on OFM software the cement and corrosion logs (USIT, EMIT, PMIT, MID corrosion and other cement logs) acquired by COMPANY.
COMPANY has more than 2,200 archived corrosion and cement. More data and logs are being acquired through the workover, drilling and rigless logging operations. Output of the services will be used to monitor and evaluate the well integrity condition, where decision could made based on the log findings.
Your Tasks
- Contractor to provide data mapping services of archived and future cement and corrosion logs on OFM software, to ease data accessibility, filtration, and “bird view” visualization by area, well type, and formation;
- The system shall provide information on which area in the field is suffering the most from severe corrosion, in front of which formation, or which wells having poor cement within specific intervals;
- For the execution of the services, Contractor shall:
- Review all the cement and corrosion logs such as USIT, EMIT, PMIT, MID, EMDEX CAST, EPX carried out in the respective wells;
- QA/QC all logs and provide interpretation of cement condition/cement quality and corrosion/metal loss severity based on the available logs;
- Input cement and corrosion interpretation data on OFM Software; For each well, input shall be correlated by area, well type, depth, formation, metal loss severity and cement quality;
- Input well coordinates and color coding to show Tubing and Casing status of each well on the map;
- Input time laps for each well to show corrosion development versus time based on the available logs;
- Facilitate the data search and filtration;
- Display field-wide maps (Corrosion, cement, FI2S, C02, Water Cut, Annuli pressure along with other available well parameters);
- Based on last recorded corrosion/metal loss findings, for each well, vis-a-vis the actual corrosion values:
- Calculate MAASP;
- Calculate new collapse and burst pressure of all casing/tubing string;
- Calculate the corrosion rate per well per tubular as required;
- Naming wells or wellbores used in OFM project shall be identical to any of the names in COMPANY OFM database to allow data merging with existing database.
Your Profile
- Shall be Petrophysicists having Engineering degree in petrophysics, geology, or petroleum engineering, with minimum 5 years related work experiences in well logs mapping services in OFM software. Good understanding on casing & cement quality and their impacts to the integrity of the well.
