• We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Patient Care Coordinator to join our team, as we are expanding at a very high rate and in need of an individual who is looking to be part of a mission.
• As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our agency's operations by engaging with patients directly, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience across multiple dental clinics in our network.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments and follow up on treatment inquiries.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling for patients across multiple dental clinics within our network.
• Utilize our proprietary systems and tools to manage patient communications and appointments efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to optimize patient engagement strategies and maximize appointment bookings.
• Utilize effective communication and sales skills to encourage patients to book appointments and follow through with recommended treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our patient care processes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or customer service setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools for appointment scheduling and communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in healthcare administration or marketing is preferred
