  • Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery and make adjustments as needed.
  •  Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Manage project budgets and ensure project profitability.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
