Job Description:
Manage, Acquire, and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Achieve and exceed sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Using CRM tools, maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress.
Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business or relevant
Key account management skills
Age between 25 to 40
Experience in sales minimum 5 years in account management and sales
Preferable to be have a background or experience in banking, post office and telecommunications.
