Sales Manager – Syria
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the Syrian market.
•Lead, manage, and develop sales teams while overseeing day-to-day performance.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and strategic partners.
•Analyze market performance and competitors, and provide regular reports to the regional management.
•Oversee product launches, promotions, and marketing activities for medical skincare lines.
Requirements:
•Minimum 10 years of experience in medical sales.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management and leading sales teams in Syria.
•Strong leadership, planning, and sales strategy skills.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Previous experience with global companies or medical skincare products is preferred.
