We are an online store seeking a Full-Time Remote Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Candidates must be based in Syria, preferably Aleppo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
• Handle sales inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, availability, and delivery.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• University degree.
• Good command of English (written, spoken, and listening).
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (online sales experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and messaging applications.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
