Sales Manager

Overview of the Role:

As the Sales Manager for Volvo Trucks, you will be responsible for conducting daily customer visits to introduce total solutions, qualify customer needs, and ensure optimum customer satisfaction in AUH, Western Region, and Al Ain. You will coordinate between departments to deliver exceptional service.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets within the designated regions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and exceeding expectations.
  • Qualify customers by thoroughly understanding their requirements and interests, matching them to appropriate Volvo truck models.
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings as needed.


Skills

Required Skills for Success:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in heavy-duty commercial vehicle sales.
  • Proficient in sales techniques with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

What Equips You for the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA holders preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales leadership within the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Volvo Trucks or similar heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
