  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment upkeep to ensure that the pool is safe and functional.
  • Creating engaging and interactive lesson plans that focus on improving swimming abilities and fostering water safety awareness.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest safety guidelines and standards for swimming instruction and implementing them in all lessons.

Skills

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members.
  • Should have the ability to remain calm and composed while dealing with students who may be fearful or have special needs.
  • Must be vigilant and alert at all times during swimming lessons to ensure the safety of their students.
  • Need to be proficient in multiple languages to communicate with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.
