Personal Assistant

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the Company CEO and direct family members and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments in cooperation with CEO’s assistants abroad with a different time zone.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Take dictation and minutes.
  • Produce presentations and briefs as needed.
  • Emphasis and focus on driving the CEO and family to meetings, hotels, restaurants, etc.
  • Help them in carrying laptops, documents, luggage, etc.


Skills

Profile / Key Skills:

  • Higher education required
  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant or in similar positions.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Fluency in English is required, Russian and any other language a plus
  • UAE Driving license is mandatory.
