Job Description:
- Manage the HR operations (A-Z) including HR strategies, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including documentation and reporting.
- Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Perform administrative tasks related to QMS ISO 9001-2015 audit.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Filipina, 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years of UAE experience as an HR Manager
- Knowledge in QMS ISO 9001-2015 audit is an added advantage
