Real Estate Agent - Off-Plan Specialist

Role Overview:

As an Off-Plan Specialist Agent, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through the purchase of off-plan properties. This position requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, especially off-plan projects, and strong sales capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on market trends and the latest off-plan projects.
• Convert leads into successful sales.
• Generate new prospects through effective methods.
• Follow AG Luxury Properties LLC's guidelines and procedures.
• Keep management informed of progress and developments.
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues and team leaders.
• Prepare and present weekly reports on newly released projects.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role, particularly with off-plan properties.
• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and investment potential.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is highly preferred.

Compensation:

• Commission-based earnings ranging from 50% to 60%.
• No base salary; earnings are commission-based.
