<p>عن shop-less</p><p>نحن نبني <strong>سوقاً عكسياً</strong> مدعوماً بالذكاء الاصطناعي: بدل أن يبحث المشتري بين آلاف الإعلانات، يكتب طلبه بلغته الطبيعية، وتتنافس وكلاء البائعين على تقديم أفضل عرض يطابق احتياجه. انطلاقتنا الأولى في سوق السيارات المستعملة في جدة، مع خطط توسّع واضحة.</p><p>نبحث عن شخص شغوف بالتواصل، سريع البديهة، ويحب أن يكون الصوت الذي يمثّل العلامة أمام المستخدمين — مشترين وبائعين.</p><p>المسؤوليات</p><ul><li>الرد على استفسارات المشترين والبائعين عبر القنوات المختلفة (محادثات المنصّة، واتساب، الإيميل، السوشال ميديا) بسرعة واحترافية.</li><li>متابعة تجربة المستخدم من أول تسجيل وحتى إتمام الصفقة، وحل المشكلات أو تصعيدها للفريق المختص.</li><li>إدارة حسابات shop-less على المنصّات (LinkedIn، X، إنستغرام، تيك توك) ونشر وجدولة المحتوى.</li><li>إنشاء محتوى يومي بسيط (منشورات، ستوريز، ردود) يتماشى مع هوية العلامة وصوتها.</li><li>متابعة التعليقات والرسائل والتفاعل مع المجتمع، وبناء علاقة قريبة مع المستخدمين.</li><li>جمع ملاحظات المستخدمين وتلخيصها للفريق لتحسين المنتج.</li><li>متابعة أرقام بسيطة للأداء (تفاعل، استفسارات، رضا العملاء) وتقديم تقرير دوري.</li></ul><p>المؤهلات المطلوبة</p><ul><li>خبرة <strong>سنة أو أكثر</strong> في خدمة العملاء و/أو إدارة السوشال ميديا (يُفضّل في شركة ناشئة أو منصّة رقمية).</li><li>مهارات كتابة عربية ممتازة، وقدرة على الكتابة بأسلوب ودود واحترافي في آنٍ واحد.</li><li>إلمام بأدوات السوشال ميديا والجدولة (مثل Meta Business Suite، Buffer، أو ما يشابهها).</li><li>سرعة في الرد وقدرة على التعامل مع أكثر من محادثة في نفس الوقت دون فقدان الجودة.</li><li>التزام وانضباط في العمل عن بُعد، وإدارة جيدة للوقت.</li></ul><p>نقاط إضافية (ميزة وليست شرطاً)</p><ul><li>معرفة باللهجة الخليجية / السعودية وأسلوب التواصل المناسب للسوق السعودي.</li><li>معرفة بسوق السيارات أو التجارة الإلكترونية.</li><li>مهارات بسيطة في التصميم (Canva) أو تحرير الفيديو القصير.</li></ul><p>ماذا نقدّم</p><ul><li>عمل عن بُعد بمرونة كاملة من سوريا.</li><li>بيئة شركة ناشئة سريعة، فرصة حقيقية للنمو مع المشروع.</li><li>مساحة لإبداء الرأي والمشاركة في تشكيل صوت العلامة منذ بداياتها.</li><li>[الراتب: يُحدّد حسب الخبرة — يُذكر النطاق أو طريقة الدفع].</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>About Jeser</strong><br>Jeser Human Capital is a specialist recruitment firm based in Damascus, connecting Gulf and international companies with Syria's strongest talent through international standards and AI-powered screening. We're early in our journey and hiring an HR &amp; Recruitment Coordinator to be Jeser's main point of contact inside Syria.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong><br>You'll be Jeser's on-the-ground contact in Damascus. Your job is to carry every client hiring mandate from start to finish: gather the information we need, coordinate with job platforms, manage documentation, and respond to enquiries we direct to you. You won't handle any pricing conversations — that stays with management.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Follow every client mandate step by step through to close, making sure nothing stalls.</li><li>Gather role requirements and information, and pass them to the team in an organized way.</li><li>Coordinate with job sites and platforms, and manage postings and outreach.</li><li>Maintain hiring documentation and candidate files accurately and professionally.</li><li>Answer enquiries directed by management and make field visits when required.</li><li>Prepare regular status reports for management on every mandate.</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>3–5 years in HR, recruitment, or recruitment coordination.</li><li>Solid understanding of the hiring process, payroll concepts, and hiring/employment documentation.</li><li>Fluent Arabic and professional working English (written and spoken).</li><li>Based in Damascus and able to work hybrid.</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with professional communication and the discipline to manage multiple mandates at once.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Prior experience in a recruitment firm, consultancy, or service business.</li><li>Familiarity with Syrian and Gulf business culture; driving license.</li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Get</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary reflecting your experience.</li><li>A real opportunity to grow as Jeser expands across the Gulf and beyond, in a foundational role.</li><li>Modern, international-standard tools and systems, in a culture built on respect, transparency, and ambition.</li></ul>
