Our office is located in Nasr City, Cairo.<br><br><strong>:Key Responsibilities</strong><br> • Handle all company tax matters in coordination with an external accounting firm.<br> • Manage accounting, issue invoices, and record daily expenses.<br> • Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure timely tax declarations.<br> • Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with Egyptian regulations.<br><br><strong>:Job Requirements</strong><br> • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Financial Accounting.<br> • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.<br> • High attention to detail and accuracy.<br> • Advanced English level, able to communicate effectively with the Chinese finance manager.<br> • Background in social insurance is preferred.<br><br><strong>:Work Conditions</strong><br> • Location: Nasr City, Cairo<br> • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM<br> • Days Off: 6 days per month + official public holidays<br> • Salary: EGP 14,000 – 16,000 (negotiable based on experience)

شركة تعمل فى مجال استيراد الاقمشة من الصين وتوزيعها فى السوق المحلى تطلب (مسئول استيراد وشحن دولى)<br><strong>التواصل مع الموردين:</strong> إدارة جميع المراسلات مع مصانع وموردي الأقمشة الخاصة بنا في الصين لاتمام عملية الشحن.<br><strong>إدارة عمليات الشحن:</strong> التنسيق الكامل لعمليات حجز وشحن الحاويات&nbsp;ومتابعة خطوط الشحن وشركات التخليص.<br><strong>تجهيز الأوراق والمستندات:</strong> إعداد ومراجعة كافة مستندات الاستيراد (الفاتورة المبدئية، بوليصة الشحن، شهادة المنشأ، الفاتورة التجارية، قائمة التعبئة، وغيرها من الاوراق المطلوبه) والتأكد من مطابقتها للقوانين والجمارك المحلية.<br><strong>تتبع الشحنات:</strong> المتابعة&nbsp;لرحلة الحاوية من تحركها من الموانئ الصينية وحتى وصولها إلى الميناء المحلي.<br><strong>التخليص والإفراج الجمركي:</strong> التنسيق مع المستخلص الجمركي لحل أي عقبات وضمان السرعة في الإفراج عن الحاويات.<br><strong>التسليم للمخازن:</strong> متابعة نقل الحاويات من الميناء وإجراءات تفريغها واستلامها كاملة بسلامة في مخازن الشركة.<br><strong>المتطلبات والشروط:</strong><br>خبرة من 3 - 5 سنوات في مجال الاستيراد والدعم اللوجستي (يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في قطاع الأقمشة والغزل والنسيج).<br>إتقان اللغة&nbsp;<strong>الإنجليزية</strong> (تحدثاً وكتابة) لسهولة التواصل مع الموردين<br>معرفة دقيقة بالإجراءات الجمركية، المنظومات الإلكترونية الحكومية المعتمدة (مثل نظام نافذة) ومستندات الشحن.<br>ايام&nbsp;العمل: من السبت - الخميس&nbsp;<br>مواعيد العمل: من 9 - 5&nbsp; <strong>او</strong>&nbsp; من 10 - 6<br>مكان العمل : جسر السويس - القاهرة<br><br>
