However, its national seed program has stalled due to a lack of public financing, creating a critical gap in the domestic food system. Within the framework of the Food Security Project, UNDP aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Lebanese Agricultural Research Institute (LARI) to enhance its operational efficiency, management systems, and service delivery. يعمل شاغل الوظيفة تحت توجيه وأشراف مدير المزرعة وهو مسئول عن تطوير استراتيجيات الإنتاج، تحليل التربة، إدارة الري والتسميد، مكافحة الآفات والأمراض، الإشراف على العمليات الزراعية من الزراعة للحصاد، وتدريب العمال، مع التركيز على تحسين جودة وكمية المحصول باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة، ورفع تقارير دورية للإدارة لتحقيق أقصى كفاءة إنتاجية. ·     المهـــام والمســـئوليــات /  Duties & Responsibilityوضع خطط عمل لزراعة محاصيل الحبوب، بما يشمل تحديد أنواع البذور، وتوقيت الزراعة، وجداول التسميد والري، وإدارة المواردتحليل عينات التربة لتحديد احتياجاتها، وتطبيق برامج الري والتسميد المناسبة لزيادة خصوبة التربة وتحسين نمو المحاصيلمراقبة الحقول بشكل دوري لتحديد الآفات والأمراض النباتية، وتطبيق برامج المكافحة الكيميائية أو البيولوجية بكفاءة ووفقًا للمعايير البيئيةالإشراف المباشر على المهندسين و العمال الزراعيين وتنظيم مهامهم اليومية، وتدريبهم على أفضل الممارسات الزراعيةإجراء التجارب لتحسين سلالات المحاصيل وزيادة الإنتاجية، وضمان جودة المحصول النهائيرفع تقارير دورية عن حالة المحاصيل، ومعدلات النمو، وكميات الإنتاج، وتحديات العمل للإدارة العليامتابعة أحدث التطورات والتقنيات في مجال الزراعة الحديثة وتطبيقها لرفع كفاءة العملياتتدريب و تطوير فريق العمل و متابعة اعمالهم لضمان تنفيذ المهام فى الوقت المخطط و بالجودة المطلوبةما يستجد من اعمال.<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية و مسائية</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، وجبات، سكن</li></ul>
