<p>1.Oversee the development of services and products’ addressable market, yearly targets, and marketing plans, while directing lifecycle, positioning, and performance to ensure achievement of KPIs, profitability, usage, loyalty, and customer base growth.<br>2.Drive strategic business relations with service providers, expand E-payment services, ISP products, and mobile applications roadmap, and supervise competitor analysis to recommend corrective actions.<br>3.Direct loyalty programs to reduce churn rate, enhance customer satisfaction, and champion initiatives to up-sell and expand service penetration.<br>4.Provide strategic oversight of Syriatel brand, image, and identity through media plans, campaigns, advertising channels, digital platforms, and corporate communications.<br>5.Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, ensure alignment of advertising materials with corporate identity, and champion CSR initiatives to strengthen Syriatel’s image.<br>6.Guide market segmentation, competitor intelligence, and research (quantitative/qualitative, SWOT) to identify opportunities and define penetration strategies.<br>7.Monitor the implementation of yearly master coverage plans and ensure resolution of coverage complaints, expand market share and increase revenue.<br>8.Lead international and national roaming &amp; interconnection business by managing partner relations, overseeing product development, and driving pricing/agreements strategies to maximize financial growth.</p>

<p><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Organize and arrange car spare parts within the warehouse.</li><li>Receive parts, arrange them, and facilitate access to them.</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and organize the inventory.</li><li>Assist in preparing and delivering orders when necessary.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma.</li><li>Possess a valid driver's license.</li><li>Good knowledge of roads and familiarity with areas in Damascus and its countryside.</li><li>Ability to organize and arrange spare parts.</li><li>Punctuality and the ability to work within a team.</li></ul>
